For instance, consider bars under Opens where Campaign (black) bar displays percentage of emails opened in current campaign, the List (blue) bar depicts the overall opens recorded on all campaigns sent on same list. From the snapshot above, the current campaign (74%) has performed better than all email campaigns sent on same list put together.

Tracking Clicks

Clicks are tracked when email recipients click on links in your email. You can also get the information of people who clicked, number of times a link was clicked and time and date when particular link was clicked. In addition to that, we also give you stats on total number of clicks recorded on each link.

In the list view you can find URL (links) in your email campaign, Total Clicks and Unique Clicks of corresponding urls. Total Clicks is number of times readers clicked link(s) in your email. Unique Clicks is the number of readers clicked on link in your emails.

Clicks are the number of times a particular person in your list has clicked on link(s) in your email. In addition to that, the name, email, phone number and date and time is also tracked.

Tracking Opens

We track number of times your email has been opened by your subscribers. This will help you to know who’s famous among your subscribers. We insert 1 x 1 pixel image in the email. When people open your email and click Display images below, we download the image and replace it with transparent image. This happens instantly as email opens count is updated.

Tracking Bounces

Bounces are the emails that are not delivered to your subscriber's inbox. Bounces are classified as hard and soft. Soft bounces happen when emails are dispatched but recipient’s mailbox is temporarily down or server is full to receive your email. Hard bounces are the emails that are permanently undeliverable. Typos, domain name not existing might cause hard bounces. When an email is bounced, we remove the record from the list he/she belong to. However, you can include the same record as a part of new list.

You can view the Soft or hard bounces by selecting Soft or Hard button in the results.

Note: If a Contact is deleted after the email campaign has started, the count shown in Bounces will be less. (Ex: 2 Bounces were shown, but only 1 is shown in the list)

Tracking Unsubscribes

Before reports and tracking, we’d like to explain you the importance of having an unsubscribe link in your email template. All bulk emails must include an unsubscribe link to comply with anti-spam laws. Moreover, you cannot send an email campaign that doesn’t have unsubscribe link in its email template. Unsubscribe link gives your subscribers the ability to unsubscribe themselves from the selected or all lists. When people click on unsubscribe link, they are automatically removed from the selected list and unsubscribe count is updated.

Tracking Complaints

Complaints are tracked when your subscribers report your emails as spam. Email providers, most of them, give its users the ability to report selected emails as spam. If your emails are reported as spam, it clearly shows that your subscribers are not interested in receiving your emails anymore.

That’s the reason why, if someone reports your email as spam, we remove the subscriber from the list. If there is clearly a pattern or if the problem with spam persists, we will have to block you from sending emails from your account. We love to see your business growing because of email campaigns. So, if you are facing this problem, you should rethink about your email campaigning strategies. You can track subscribers who reported you as spam. It’s not a good idea to reach them out again!

Tracking Unopened

You can view how many subscribers have not yet opened the email sent.

Note: If a Contact is deleted after the email campaign has started, the count shown in the unopened is 8 and in the list, it is shown as 7.
